What are the RJO meetings like?

Each RJO meeting includes time and space for:

  • Connecting, learning, and healing together
  • Sharing announcements, updates, and requests for support from BIPOC Caucus members individually and collectively.
  • Breakout time for the BIPOC Caucus, an organizing space for those who self-identify as black, indigenous, and/or people of color to build relationships, leadership capacity, and power
  • Breakout time for Lost River members to build relationships, work on projects, continue our education, and support each other in challenging white supremacy in ourselves and in our world.

2nd Mondays: Lost River Working meetings

Second Mondays of every month
5:45 – 8:00pm
The Root Social Justice Center
28 Williams St. Brattleboro VT

Lost River is starting a NEW monthly meeting for white-identified people to gather and deepen our work together. We envision this being a space to dig in to the leg work of organizing and responding to community needs, to support each other with our process of unlearning and challenging white supremacy, and to be a place for new people to plug in. We hope you can join us, and bring a friend!

  • Potluck Dinner: Bring a dish to share if you’re able, or just come and enjoy the food.
  • Child care is available. Please contact  if you need childcare.
  • Fragrance and nut-free, wheelchair-accessible space.
