The Ready Response Team is a network of volunteers focused on providing support and assistance to marginalized individuals and families in southeast Vermont who are impacted by racial or other identity-based harassment or violence.
Some of the supports we offer include de-escalation presence, meal support, fundraising, assistance with transportation and childcare needs, repair to property damage, letters of support, assistance accessing legal advice/action, and other tasks as needed. Recipients of support will work with a liaison to relay their needs to the volunteer team.
